Games are structured to maximize excitement and fairness within a one-hour time frame, ensuring an electrifying experience for players and fans alike.
Each game is allotted one hour, divided into three sixteen-minute runtime periods.
Warm-Up: 5 minutes
Period 1: 16 minutes - Runtime
Period Break: 1 minutes
Period 2: 16 minutes - Runtime
Period Break: 1 minutes
Period 3: 16 minutes - Runtime
Last 2 minutes stop time if the spread does not exceed 3 points
Spring League: Friday Night Main Event, period time is reduced to 15 minute periods. Start times may also differ from normal game slots.
In the event of a tie after regulation time, teams will engage in an immediate five-minute three-on-three run time overtime period. The first team to score wins the game. No timeouts in overtime. No shootouts during regular season play. If the overtime period ends without either team scoring a goal, the game will end in a tie.
Each team is permitted one timeout per game. Timeouts cannot be called in overtime.
October 10-13, 2025: Thanksgiving Weekend
December 19-20, 2025: Minor Christmas Tournament - no league play
December 21, 2025-January 2, 2026: Christmas break
